Wooden Handrail Banister MADEIRA – 1.5 m

The MADEIRA balustrade combines classic wooden design with modern durability. Standing 100 cm tall and 1.5 meters long, it’s ideal for securing landings or open mezzanines. The railing includes a solid square wooden post, 10 elegant wooden balusters, and a beautifully contoured handrail in a classic style. Beneath the attractive exterior lies a robust metal bracket system, ensuring outstanding strength and stability. Everything needed for assembly is included in the package.

Modular and Flexible

The railing comes as a 1.5-meter base kit and can easily be extended by adding more kits – 1.5 meters at a time – until the desired length is reached. Finish the installation with an MADEIRA End-post (available as add-on, illustrated in red in the drawing) , which also serves as a 90° corner joint.

A Robust Railing – Thought Out to the Last Detail

MADEIRA is designed with a three-point metal fixing system: at the handrail, at the base via a mounting track, and at the post with a discreet metal foot. Each baluster is also secured to the bottom rail, providing extra durability and safety. The system is approved for use on first floors and meets French safety standards NF P 01-012 and NF P 01-013. To ensure compliance to some countries building regulations the handrail is the correct height, and the vertical infill can be installed leaving no more than a 100mm gap.

MADEIRA is made from untreated, certified wood and is ready for your preferred surface finish. It matches all our staircases, although the design may differ slightly from the staircase railing.
