WITHSTAND FIRE FOR 60 MINUTES

DOLLE REI 60 has a fire-resistance of 60 minutes and complies with EN 13501-2 and has a component-tested U-value of 0.94 W / m² · K. This loft ladder comes in 2 standard sizes and for all other sizes we make them made to measure. DOLLE REI 60 wooden loft ladder is made in a solid quality of pine with 12 non-slip beech treads with black non-slip plastic feet to protect the flooring. The 19 cm high casing comes with sealing strips to prevent heat loss.

SOLID TRAPDOOR with LOW U-VALUE

The 76 mm thick trapdoor of DOLLE REI 60 (U-value of 0.94 W / m² · K) keeps heat efficiently in the living area. The trapdoor is insulated with 70 mm rockwool plate, made of non-combustible, moisture and water-repellent Rockwool stone wool.

* Floor to ceiling height above 264 cm, casing length must be 113 cm or more. Floor to ceiling height above 288.5 cm, casing length must be 137.5 cm or more. It is possible to achieve a floor to ceiling height of 305 cm by buying a 13 steps ladder or 328 cm by buying a 14 treads ladder (extension kit not allowed on REI60).
