Fire resistant loft ladder ? made to measure with 50 mm insulation - BD 90

The trapdoor is insulated with 50 mm rockwool+ 10 cm gypsum board on each side. The BD 90 loft ladder is delivered with a double latch lock for easy and safe operation together with the wooden push/pull rod. The loft ladder has a nice finish with white faced trapdoor and whitepainted wooden architraves. DOLLE BD 90 loft ladder has non-slip treads and plastic feet for extra security and is delivered with a draught excluder which reduces the loss of heat.
